Black and White Peppermint Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • Betty Crocker Triple Chocolate Brownies
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup soft butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tbs Water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 8 oz white almond bark Candiquik
  • 8 oz chocolate almond bark Candiquik
  • 2-3 Tbs crushed peppermint candies

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9"x13" pan with baking spray, set aside.
  • Prepare brownies per package directions substituting part of the oil with butter and add vanilla. Spread batter evenly in prepared baking pan (I used a quarter sheet pan 9"x13") bake per package directions.Remove brownies from oven and allow to cool completely. When cool using a round cookie cutter cut out as many round brownies from the baked brownies. Placed the brownies on a parchment covered cookie sheet place in the freezer for about 30 minutes. While the brownies are chilling melt the almond bark per the package directions until completely melted.
  • Remove brownies from the freezer and dip one half of each brownie in the white almond bark. Shake excess candy from brownie and place back on parchment paper. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint candy. When candy has hardened on brownies repeat the process with chocolate almond bark. Allow candy to harden and enjoy!
