Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff Soup~Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Cups Water
  • 1 Pkg Beefy Onion Soup I used Lipton
  • 2 cups slice mushrooms
  • 1 lb stew meat or left over roast beef 2 cups
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups egg noodles uncooked
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • sliced scallion for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place water, soup mix, meat, and mushrooms in crock pot and cook on high for 4 hours until meat is cooked.
  • After 4 hours add in the can of cream of mushroom soup mix until the soup is incorporated into broth of soup. Add in dry noodles and cook for additional 20 minutes or until done. Add in sour cream and blend into soup. Serve garnished with sliced scallions.
