Peppermint Drumstick Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Peppermint Drumsticks
  • 1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream Softened
  • 1 Oreo Cookie Pie Crust
  • 1/4 Cup Hot Fudge Sauce
  • Crushed peppermint candies for garnish

Instructions
 

  • First slice the tops off of each Peppermint Drumstick and place in a bowl then put in freezer to keep frozen.
  • Carefully chop remaining drumsticks into bite size pieces. Fold into softened vanilla ice cream until well blended. Place ice cream mixture in Oreo cookie crust and smooth until the pie top is even. Remove the Peppermint Drumstick tops from freezer and place cut side down on top of pie with one in the middle and the remaining surrounding it. Drizzle with warm Hot Fudge Sauce then sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies. Place lid on top of pie and place in freezer for at least 4 hours before serving.
