Pumpkin Gnocchi Carbonara~Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Spicy Italian Sausage crumbled and cooked
  • 1 15 oz Jar of World Market Carbonara Pasta Sauce
  • 1 C half and half you can use milk
  • 1/2 C canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 t grated fresh nutmeg
  • 1/2 t crushed red pepper
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped Italian Flat Leaf Parsley for garnish
  • Parmesan Cheese for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook sausage until no longer pink and cooked through set aside. Place carbonara sauce, half and half, pumpkin and spices in sauce pan and heat through. Cook gnocchi according to package directions.
  • When cooked place sauce over gnocchi and top with sausage, Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Enjoy!
