Are you looking for something easy and delicious to that Memorial Day BBQ or picnic? I have another NO Bake treat for you today. These Peanut Butter Popcorn Bars are so easy to make and they are so tasty.
We are taking our trailer out for Memorial Day weekend and heading up north where it is cooler than Phoenix. These Peanut Butter Popcorn Bars are another Travel Trailer Sweet Treat. They can be totally made with a microwave and stove top.I love NO Bake treat’s dont you?
If you like popcorn and peanut butter you will love these Peanut Butter Popcorn Bars. I used microwave popcorn and a few other pantry staples. This recipe is easily doubled and will make a ton of treats. I made mine in a 9″x9″ pan and it made 2 dozen 1″x3″ bars. I had a hard time not eating all of these Peanut Butter Popcorn Bars but that’s nothing new I love popcorn and coat it with a sweet peanut buttery coating you cannot go wrong.
Look at that peanut buttery coating on that popcorn. So good! I had to put some sprinkles on them too. I think the mini M&M’s are the perfect addition. They add just a bit of chocolate with that peanut butter. If you wanted to use chocolate chips or even regular M&M’s those would be awesome too.
This simple peanut butter coating can be used it to make many different treats but these Peanut Butter Popcorn Bars have to be my favorite. I really like this recipe because I love popcorn balls but this recipe is in a bar form so no handling a hot mixture. Your Welcome.
