I bet you thought I was done with the No Bake Travel Trailer Sweet Treats didn’t you? Guess what? I’m not done yet. I have another wining No Bake treat for you today. This one I could not stop eating. These No Bake Captain Crunch Bars are AMAZING! I kid you not.
Growing up as a kid my all time favorite cereal was Captain Crunch. It still is, and these bars are packed with Captain Crunch. It makes my little heart so happy that these turned out so good.
Do you see those golden chunks in the bars? That is the Captain Crunch cereal. Yes I know, so yummy. I used half Captain Crunch and half Crisp Rice cereal I think next time I make these bars I will use all Captain Crunch cereal that would be sooooo good.
I had to drizzle a little chocolate on top and I had a handful of mini M&M’s left so I tossed them on top too. You dont have to do this if you don’t want to it’s totally optional.

Now on to Travel Trailer Tales, or update on how our Travel Trailer prep is going! OK so now I know there is so much to do before you can even take a travel trailer on the road. We have been literally consumed with all the details of outfitting a camper. Let me tell you its crazy. There is sooooooo much involved. From the inside to the outside. Right now we have been concentrating on the outside and making sure everything will be safe on the road and when its in a park. We’re not even done yet. I still have the inside to put together.
A very wise friend of mine Liz from Liz on Call gave me the best advise ever. She told me to “shop” my home first and buy new things for my house and not the trailer. Such brilliant advise. I have been “shopping” my house from the second she gave me that advise. I had sheets we no longer used because we bought a new king size bed and the camper has a queen size bed. Total score there! I have a bazillion kitchen towels in my home so yup those are going in the camper. I have started “shopping” in my kitchen, I cleaned out one drawer and there is so much more I have to do in the kitchen. Yes there are things we have purchased new for the camper, things we don’t have in the house, things that are camper specific. I even have appliances that will go in the camper as I mentioned my electric skillet will now live in the camper since I rarely use it.
I am not done with this Travel Trailer Sweet Treat series so come back for more! I have a couple more NO Bake recipes I want to share with you!
