My sweet friend Kimberly from A Night Owl Blog posted last week about the Home Depot “Do it Herself” Workshop and I had to go!! I have to support my Bloggy Friends!!! So I went to My First “Do it Herself” Workshop with Kimberly from “A Night Owl Blog”.
The demo for the night was for this adorable Chore Chart!!

The DIH Girls demoed all the tools needed to make the chore chart!! Kimberly even got in on the power tool action!!
Concentration!! Concentration!!
They even had some swag for us!! I now have my very own Home Depot tool apron!! So cute!!!
But the best part is they sent the Chore Chart home with me!!! Now its just Mr.Pinkcakeplate and I so a Chore Chart is not really needed in our house so this is what I turned the chore chart into!!!
An Herb Garden!!!
I used my Cricut to cut out vinyl for the lettering, I swapped out the clear containers for 4″ flower pots and purchased some Herb seeds!!
Seriously so cute!! So cute that I gave it to my sweet niece who just got married so she can have fresh herbs to cook with!!! Isn’t this a great wedding gift?? I sure would have loved to get something as cute as this instead of oh a toaster for a wedding gift!! wouldn’t you??
I am so glad I was able to go to the Home Depot “Do it Herself” workshop!!! I had a blast!! I cant wait for the next one!!! If your in Arizona I will let you know when the next workshop is!! We can have a fun night!!!
