Well this inspired me to make my own mini donuts!! Yes that is correct mini Chocolate covered donuts!! I purchased my mini donut pan before Christmas and haven had much of a chance to bake with it! So with the inspiration from Amy this is what I came up with!!!
I used a regular cake mix prepared from the directions on the box. I also wanted to make sure these babies came out of the pan nice and neat so I used a generous coat of Pam!!
I then melted Chocolate coating and dipped these little gems!!
I think my photography skills are getting a little better what do you think???
