Are you getting ready for the 4th of July? It is just next week, I can’t believe how quickly the time flies. I love all the red, white and blue treats that are made this time of year. These Marshmallow Jello Pops fit right into that category.
You guys are going to die at how easy these are to make. I had so much fun making them. With just a few supplies and ingredients these Marshmallow Jello Pops are so simple to make.
Supplies:
- 8″ Lollypop Sticks
- Blue Jello
- Clear Jello
- Red Jello
- Marshamllows
The other fun thing about these Marshmallow Jello Pops is they can be made in any color jello you can find. I used 8″ lollypop sticks so I could have 3 marshmallow per pop but if you only wanted one marshmallow per pop you could use 4″ lollypop sticks. I was so excited when I found flavored uncolored gelatin for the “white” marshmallows. I also used strawberry jello for the red but cherry or raspberry would work too. Now the blue jello is a relatively hard to find but it can be found online pretty easily.
So the whole process is dipping the marshmallows in water then coating them with the dry jello mix. How simple it that? I had a blast making these so imagine how much fun your kids would have with this?
These are really good the jello creates a crisp shell around the marshmallow, and the flavor oh my the flavor is so so good.
Remember you can use different flavors and colors of Jello to suit your occasion.

- Take the marshmallow by the stick and dip into the water up to the top of the barrel.
- Roll over the paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Roll in the Jello powder mix, tap gently to remove any extra dust - place upright in glass or jar to allow jello to harden.(about an hour) Repeat until all marshmallows are covered with jello dust.
- When jello has created a crust remove individual marshmallows from lollypop sticks and gently place three on a stick if desired.
Remember you can make these single marshmallow pops if you think the three would be too much but its the 4th of July so you can live a little. I love that they can be customized with different color gelatin flavors.
