Remember I bought this huge bag of cereal marshmallows?
Well I had to find fun and tasty ways to use them up! I don’t have littles in my house to put them in their morning cereal!!! Last week I made yummy Lucky Charm Blondies!! This week I put some in these green crispy treats!!
After adding a bit of green food coloring and coating the cereal with the marshmallow coating I added 2 cups of these pretty little marshmallows into the treats! Then another cup on top and drizzled it all with white candy! These are the yummiest crispy treats! And so colorful! I love the way the colorful little marshmallows peek out through the cut sides of the treats!

- In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. add in green food coloring until desired shade is reached.
- Add crispy rice cereal. Stir until well coated. Add in 2 cups of cereal marshmallows and stir until incorporated into treats.
- Using buttered spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with remaining cereal marshmallows. Drizzle melted white candy coating over top of treats and marshmallows. Allow to cool. Cut into 2-inch squares. Store in airtight container.
