I got a call from a dear friend yesterday about our Annual New Years eve Game Night and if we were still having it!! For some reason I just totally spaced this event and was so nicely surprised when I got the call from my sweet friend!! Soooooo guess what??? Were having our Annual New Years Eve Game Night!! This year it is a bit impromptu!!! But I am so looking forward to it!!
As most of you know were old!! We don’t drink! and we don’t stay up too late!! LOL!! (I have to work New Years Day!:-( ) So what do we do at a New Years Eve Party??
We play Games!!! Yup were board game, domino, dice playin’ peeps!! one of our favorite games is Mexican Train!!
Have you ever played dominoes?? This is kinda like Dominoes on Steroids!! It is fun and crazy!!
You can buy the whole game at just about any store that you can buy games at. If you’re in need of a fun easy game to play I highly recommend this game!! It is so fun!!
But that is not all we do!!! We eat because of course it’s not New Years Eve without something yummy to eat!!! Well tonight I just put a yummy ham in the oven and I will have plenty of leftovers so I was perusing Pinterest and came across this yummy recipe I am going to try!!

And last night Mr. Pinkcakeplate and I went out to dinner at TGIFriday’s!! They have a new appetizer!!
Soft Pretzels with Craft Beer-Cheese Dipping sauce!! Yumm!! I think soft Pretzels of any kind are delish!!
I happened to be at the $$$ Store yesterday too and came across these bad boys!! And they are sooo good!! I often question what you can find at the $$$ Stores but I have to say these are delish and worth a buck!! So I am going to do a knock-off of the Craft Beer-Cheese dipping sauce!! I will be leaving the Beer out but it will definitely be just as tasty!! I will post the recipe when I have it perfected!!! But I can’t wait!! Cheese and soft pretzels YUMMMM!
