Today I have another super cute Halloween craft for you today!! I came across the cute owl craft on Pinterest and the wheels started turning!! Unfortunately I did not pin the craft so I apologize to the crafter who inspired me to make these cute jars!!
These jars are really easy to make they just take a little time for drying!! Here is what you will need to make your own!
A jar with a lid – I raided my fridge for my jars!!!
Small ceramic owl- I found mine at the Dollar Store
E-6000 Glue
Spray Paint – I used Rust-O-leum Gloss Black
Small piece of fine sandpaper
Step 1: I washed and dried the lids and then used the sandpaper to remove some of the paint on the lids so the glue would adhere more securely. Put glue on bottom of the owl and place in the middle of the lid press down to make sure it sticks!!! LOL!! Let cure for 24 hours.
Step 2: Paint your lids and owls. I did 3 coats letting each coat dry for an hour between coats! Once dry fill your jars and your finished!!
This was pretty easy!! I filled my jars with Fall candy!! I love these little Owl Apothecary jars I think they are adorable!!!! What do you think??? Gonna make your own??
