With Christmas fast approaching I started my Handmade Gifts early so I am not in a crunch when I run out of time!!  I love the dollar bins at Target and the last time I was there I found the cutest accessory bags and even business card holders!!  So along with my Spellbinder dies, Grand Calibur Machine and a few other “scraps” I had hanging around my craft room I came up with a darling embellished Make-up Bag that was oh so easy to make!!

I gathered a few coordinating fabric scraps, Heat-n-Bond, Spellbinder Dies and started to weave my web!!LOL!!

After fusing the fabric pieces together with wrong sides facing I then passed them through my Grand Calibur to cut out my shapes to create the flowers!!

I used the Spellbinder die Labels Twenty-four to make the above flower.  I curled the edges to make it look like it was in bloom and to give it dimension! I used my fabric hot glue to secure the pieces to look like a bloom!!

For this flower I used Spellbinder die Spiral Blossom.  I just worked with the fabric until it looked how I wanted it and then I pressed it flat with a hot iron!  I used my fabric hot glue to secure it in place.

I pulled together some more bits and pieces and started arranging them on the bag.

After I decided where I wanted everything I used my fabric hot glue to secure everything!  No sewing involved!!  A burnt finger or two but no sewing!!

So one gift down about 65 more to go!!! LOL!!!

I am in love with my Grand Calibur and the dies!!  I keep buying more and more!!  I am so excited to share with you all the fun things I make with my new “toy”!!
