Racing has almost always been a part of my life.  As a young girl my father was into dirt bikes, hot rods and racing!!  He even raced in the NHRA.  His baby was a dragster!! Yup those long skinny cars with the big fat back tires!  Not only did he drive dragsters but he built them also!! I remember the weekends we spent with him were sometimes spent at the race track!!  Oh to be little again!!

Well I still love the drag races but when I married 6 years ago my Hubby was into NASCAR! yup Stock Car racing!! I knew what NASCAR was but didn’t really know what all it entailed.  Drag races were short fast heats.  NASCAR races last for hours!!!  Quite a different kind of racing but I liked it!!  So for the last 6 years NASCAR is something my Hubby and I enjoy together!!  He is still more enthusiastic about it than I am but we still enjoy it together!!!
