I don’t drink milk very much anymore not because I don’t like it just because I don’t. Getting enough calcium in my diet is always a challenge. One thing I have really fallen in love with is yoghurt. I love the tart&sweet combination of yoghurt! I have recently discovered Noosa Yoghurt! Noosa starts with the freshest ingredients. Oh my goodness it is so good! I was having a conversation with a fellow yoghurt lover and mentioned Noosa Yoghurt and she was in total agreement with me that it is the creamiest yoghurt she has eaten!
Noosa Yoghurt has three new flavors and they are amazing! The Strawberry Hibiscus is delicious, the Orange Ginger is divine! Both with the tart tang of the yoghurt and the sweetness of the fruit make a perfect combination! I am anxious to try the Pear Cardamom!
How about starting your day with a delicious and nutritious DIY Yoghurt Bowl starting with Noosa Yoghurt! You really don’t even need a recipe. Add your favorite fresh fruit, something crunchy is what I like so either granola or nuts of some kind. Some like to add other grains or even chia seeds. You can pretty much do what ever you want.
