For the first time in my life I had the opportunity to visit Disneyland Resort twice in the same month!! Pretty crazy if you ask me!! Pretty crazy for me!!!LOL!! If you remember my first trip this year was a surprise gift for Mr. Pinkcakeplate!! The second trip came about quite by accident!! It all started with this photo I posted on INSTAGRAM:
My sweet bloggy friend Kasey from Kasey’s Kitchen asked if I was going to TECHmuncLA which was being held at of all places Disneyland Resort!! I found out about it the day before our first trip and I just figured no way could we swing both especially the financial end!! Well the day we were leaving I received an email from the amazing Babette who offered me an amazing offer to help me make my decision!! It was history from there!! So my conference Season has begun!! The first being TECHmunchLA 2014 (a food blogger conference)at the Disneyland Resort!!
For the price of less than a one night stay my conference ticket included 2-3 day park hopper passes and 2 nights at the Disneyland Grand Californian Spa and Resort, there was no way Mr. Pinkcakeplate was staying home!!! We arrived at the Disneyland Grand Californian Spa and Resort and were treated like royalty!! This was Mr. Pinkcakeplate’s first stay at an on property resort and he loved it!!
On Thursday while I was being fed with the latest in Food Blogging technology, Mr Pinkcakeplate played in the parks!! That was ok because during our conference we were fed by about 10 Disneyland Resort Chefs with a Taste Of Disneyland. The food was not only amazingly delicious it was beautifully plated and served. I tried some foods I had never eaten before and they were divine!!!
And the desserts ohhhhhh the desserts!!!
On Friday we had “Magic Hours” and were able to enter California Adventure an hour early this was so much fun to be in the parks with NO lines unheard of!! We had a blast!!
Now for the shout outs!! I raise my hat to Babette Pepja who is the founder and creator of Bake Space and Techmunch!! She pulled off a fantastic conference!! Amazing simply amazing. A huge shout out to the Disney Event Staff and they know who they are!! The put on an amazing event at an amazing venue. And and a big shout out to Disneyland Resort and Parks for being phenomenal hosts!! Thank you all for making TECHmunchLA a conference that will not be easily forgotten!!
