We bake for the holidays how about you?? Yes? Ok just about everyone bakes for the holidays. I have a yummy, easy and pretty recipe for you today! These Chocolate Peppermint Swirl Cookies will help you ‘Spread Cheer with Simple Surprises’!
So we’re all so busy so its nice that these cookies start with a Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie mix! Which you can find at your local Walmart!
Yup I am at it again using mix to make something that no one will even suspect they are not from scratch! If you caught my post from yesterday I will be living in the kitchen from now until just after the new year! I love to bake and make holiday goodies!
These cookies are not only delicious but they are so pretty! The combination of the swirled peppermint candy kiss and the chocolate drizzle makes such a pretty cookie! Of course I had to tint the cookie dough pink! It all works together to make this pretty cookie! Its really simple to make the swirl! After you remove the cookies from the oven the second time take a toothpick and swirl it through the melted candy! There is your swirl!
And to make them really pretty the drizzle of chocolate over the whole cookie finishes off the whole look!
