Do you love bacon? and cheese? this Cheesy Bacon Party Dip is one that will have your taste buds singing! I cannot even begin to explain to you how delicious this dip is. Starting with bacon wrapped soft tender bread sticks to the creamy dip its a party in your mouth that is why I called it the Cheesy Bacon Party Dip!
I have to tell you it doesn’t get any better than this! Using frozen bread dough or canned biscuits this is super easy to put together. It does take a bit of time to assemble but it is well worth it!
The first bite where the dough and dip meet is the best bite of the whole thing! No I didn’t eat just the first bite of each dipper but I wanted to!

Bacon Onion Popper Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz. block cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 T chopped garlic
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup cheddar shredded cheese- put aside 2 tablespoons for topping
- 7 strips of bacon- cook 4 slices to crumble for topping
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Instructions
- Thaw frozen Dinner Rolls, then cut each roll in half.
- Cut 10 strips of bacon in half crosswise and then the length of the bacon so they are thin strips, roll up each half roll in each half strip of bacon.
- Place wrapped rolls in greased 10" oven proof pie plate, continue until all bacon wrapped rolls are completed.
- In mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, onions, and shredded cheese seasoning salt, pepper and crumbled bacom.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture into center of pie plate. Top with reserved cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes until bacon is crispy and rolls are golden brown.
- Serves about 10
