We love potatoes in our house in pretty much any shape or form! These Cheddar Bacon Hash Brown Cups are easy to make and really tasty!
These whip up so quickly and are the perfect compliment to any breakfast or brunch menu. All the ingredients get mixed together in a bowl then scooped into the muffin tin!
They shrink down in the pan but that’s ok they are so tasty!
Once they come out of the oven let them cool and then carefully slide a knife around the edge of the hash brown and carefully lift them out of the pan.
These can be easily reheated in the microwave for about twenty seconds! There probably won’t be any left overs! It’s hard to stop at just one.
