Here in Arizona it is still blazing hot and all I want to do is eat ice cream, stay inside and try to stay cool. Well I am really lucky that when I turn on my oven my house does not get heated up. This makes it easy to bake! These Cake Mix Peanut Butter Blondies are totally worth turning on the oven.
Mr. Pinkcakeplate gave these Cake Mix Peanut Butter Blondies two thumbs up. They were so good. The peanut butter makes these blondies tender and moist, the chips gave great texture and a fantastic pop of flavor. The peanut butter drizzle on top was the crowning glory to these oh so delicious blondies.
These delicious Cake Mix Peanut Butter Blondies are packed with milk chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and creamy peanut butter. But to make things a little easier I started the Cake Mix Peanut Butter Blondies with you guessed it a cake mix! I love starting with a few premade ingredients because if things can be made easier then why not start with some “helper ingredients”.
I cannot even begin to tell you how much my family loved these blondies! Not to mention how easy they are to make. They will be on a regular rotation at our house! I always have cake mixes in my pantry for times when we want a quick and easy treat and these Cake Mix Peanut Butter Blondies fit the bill.

Hi Laura,
I must say I love the recipe for the cake mix peanut butter blondies. I am interested in making them for a birthday party but would like to make them without milk – as I
Lactose intolerant. Would I be able to use an alternative plant based milk as a substitute to ensure the moistness of the blondies? Thank you so much in advance! – Baking Lover

Hi Rika, I am sure you could try an alternative but I am not sure how they would turn out.
