You know I really really love the boho look. I love maxi skirts and dresses, floppy hats, sandals and beautiful shawls. With the weather starting to cool off I love having a shawl handy to wrap up in. But have you ever looked at a shawl in a new way? To actually use it differently than as a shawl? Well today I have a couple of ideas that can have you looking at shawls in other ways than to wrap around your shoulders.
Although first and foremost I love a beautiful shawl as a wrap they are so beautiful and can be worn in various ways. I have even wrapped one around my waist to accent a tiered denim skirt(I was much thinner then LOL).
But have you ever thought of using a scarf to accent a table? Take a look at this gorgeous black shawl we are using as a beautiful table cloth! I love how the colors just pop!
And now take a look at that same white shawl my beautiful friend was wearing has now been turned into room decor by simply wrapping and tying it around my office chair. The colors work so perfectly with the rest of my color pallet.
I just tied it in the back and tucked the ends in this way if I want to wear at a later time I just undo it! How easy is this “no sew” chair cover?
