White Chocolate Chip m&m’s Candy Corn Cookies!!~Recipe

So it’s day 3 of Candy Corn Week here at Pinkcakeplate.com !!!  I love chocolate chip cookies and so does Mr. Pinkcakeplate so I thought a little fall twist would be a fun change to an traditional Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe!!  This one is studded with m&m’s Candy Corn flavor!!

These m&m’s are soooo good!!  Paired with white chocolate chips its a perfect combination!

I love using the combination of butter and shortening in my cookies the butter gives the cookie delicious flavor and the shortening keeps the cookie soft and chewy!!

White Chocolate Chip m&m’s Candy Corn Cookies

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 C shortening
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/12 cups flour
  • 1 C white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Candy Corn m&m's

Method
 

  1. Cream butter, shortening and sugars. Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
  2. Add remaining ingredients but leave out the M&Ms and chocolate chips. Mix well.
  3. When well blended gently fold in m&m's and chocolate chips.
  4. Spoon out onto parchment paper covered baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350 for 7-9 minutes.
