Summertime is full of all kinds of holidays and special occasions.  With the weather being so beautiful its just the right time for picnics and road trips.  If you have been reading my blog for a while you will know that my wedding anniversary is in July!! We definitely will be celebrating, it will be our seven-year anniversary.  It has been an amazing ride for sure!! What are you Celebrating this Summer???

Well in celebrating our seven-year anniversary I wanted to do something different and fun!!  But I didn’t want to break the bank.  How many times have you gone to buy a nice card and you turn it over to see a HUGE price tag on it??  I hate spending a lot of money on a card that will be read once and stashed away in a drawer.

I was really excited to find out that Hallmark has a line of cards that are priced from .47 cents to .97 cents how is that for a good price?? Hallmark Value Cards are priced just right!!!

These cards can be found at select Walmart stores.  So with an anniversary surprise in store I headed to my local Walmart to find some Hallmark Value Cards to complete my surprise!

So here is my idea~ we have been married seven years right??  So I decided to purchase a card for each year we have been married!!

Yes there are seven cards here!!  I love the dog card sooo cute!!  They were not all anniversary cards but that is ok!!  Some were “Just Because” cards and one was a wedding card that I altered just a bit!

Now to make it even more fun I included a few gift cards, and signed each with a sweet note!!  Nothing much but just a little something!!

Now here comes the tricky part!!  Our anniversary is on the 10th of July!!  With all the cards signed, stamped and addressed I have to carefully plan when to send each card via Snail Mail!!  Yup that is right I am sending one card each day for seven days before our anniversary!! I want the last one to be delivered on our anniversary so gotta plan carefully!!  How fun is that??  I bet you think I spent a lot of money for this fun surprise but remember these Hallmark Value Cards were priced .47 cents and .97 cents for a cost under about $8 (minus stamps and gift cards) I am able to send my sweet husband SEVEN cards to tell him how much I love him!!
