Every one loves pancakes and everyone loves Sprinkles!!  Sprinkles put the FUN in Funfetti Pancakes!!!

Ok this past Saturday I posted this picture on Instagram!!!  Did you see it??  It was such a fun post on Instagram!!

I had to add a little whipped cream and more sprinkles!!

Funfetti Pancakes

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 C. Multi colored sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Directions
  2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients (minus sprinkles)together, breaking up any lumps. Add sprinkles last. Pour batter by 1/4 c scoops, onto a hot griddle. Flip pancakes when the edges appear cooked and the batter bubbles on top. Serve immediately with butter, syrup and sprinkle a few more sprinkles!!

    Laura, I’m not a sprinkles girl myself, but I have friends who are; and I daresay they are going to love your funfetti pancakes! You know what I thought of when I first saw the photo? Slumber party! Wouldn’t these be a hit and a hoot at a slumber party?
