Are you gearing up for “The Big Game”??? Looking for ways to be able to have a great spread and not miss a minute of the game? Well your in luck because I am going to show you my Easy Game Day Eats and Gridiron Grub the easy way!!!
First and foremost I tried to “shop” in my own pantry and home for all the serving dishes and decor! I had a huge roll of kraft paper and tons of aluminum tins of all sizes so that is what all the decor is fashioned out of!!!
But for the grub I headed to my local Walmart to pick up a few easy game day favorites!
My whole approach with this party plan is to be able to spend as much time with my guests and as little time fussing over the food!! so follow along with me as I share with you some fun ideas for those game day get togethers!!
I love slow cookers!! They can be one of the best small appliances anyone can own!! Another way to help combat spending all your time in the kitchen is a little prep time the day before the game!!
We absolutely love Lasagna in our house so much that it is our Christmas Eve Dinner. For the Gridiron Grub I took a 3″ biscuit cutter and cut out as many “lasagna biscuits” as I could out of my Stouffers Party Size Lasagna and placed them in the cutest aluminum tins!
I popped them in the oven until they were hot and toasty and then to keep them warm I transferred them to the slow cooker!! They will stay nice and warm and your guests can serve themselves!!
You can heat Hot Pockets and place them in the slow cooker to keep warm and again your guests can serve themselves!! So you wont miss that big touchdown play!!
Dessert is easy too!! Again using my aluminum tins I “pre-scooped” Dryer’s Limited edition Touchdown Sundae ice cream into the tins and stored them in the freezer until ready to serve!
Nestle Crunch Dipped Drumsticks are perfect too!!! They are already “ready to eat”!! Pull out your frozen treats at half-time and watch your guest gobble them up!!!
I love this plan!! Your guests can serve themselves!! So easy!!
All these ideas are fun and easy and let me tell you this was pretty easy to pull together!!! With a little prep time the day before you can spend Game Day on the couch with your friends and you wont miss a single play!!
Nestle has a ton of fantastic products that can help you with your Game Day Eats!! These are just a few of my family’s favorites!! All these ideas can pretty much help you out with any celebrations!! So for just an hour or so before the day before you can make your Game Day fun for your guests and especially fun for you!!!!

Where do I begin with the awesome clapping? I LOVE that you labeled your slow cookers with kraft paper and the names of what’s in them. Where have I been on that great idea? You’re brilliant! I’ve always done the “guess what’s under this lid” plan. Yours is MUCH better. 😉 Lasagna biscuits in aluminum tins? Hello! Brilliant. Pre-scooped ice cream? So smart. I’m going to go pin RIGHT NOW. 😉 Awesome.
