Everyone loves anything Pop Corn related and what could be better than delicious caramel corn!! I was shopping at WalMart the other day and I came across Gingerbread Candy melts!! How yummy is that?? I love making these easy “munch” mixes they are so incredibly versitile and you can change things up and put in whatever you like!! So how about Gingerbread Caramel Corn Crunch!! I hope your ready for the holidats because this is a perfect treat to give to friends and family!!
This starts with store bought goodies!!!
This is so easy to make and so yummy!! Simply melt your candy melts in the microwave in 20 second intervals and make sure to stir in between!! Spread out the Caramel corn and other ingredients on a parchment paper covered cookie sheet or tray and with a fork drizzle the melted candy over the caramel corn and other ingredients! Quickly sprinkle with the mallow bits and colored jimmies!! Let the candy set up and your done!!
