I have been putting this off for about as long as I can. I have posted on Facebook and have Instagramed my daily trips to the gym. So it is time for a weight loss update!!
As of today I have lost 40lbs. Has it been easy~no, has it been fun~ sometimes, do I feel better~ yes!!
Last Saturday I spent most of my day shopping for clothes to get ready for my upcoming trip to the Food Bloggers Forum Conference at Walt Disney World!! I went from one end of the west side of Phoenix to the other side!! I even tried clothes on!! It was great to see the sizes go down and the biggest accomplishment is I can now buy Victoria’s Secret bras again!!
I have to tell you the last month or so I have kind of hit a plateau! I gained a few “water” pounds that immediately came off the next week that was no fun at all. I have been struggling to get back on track and even with the shopping I still am struggling to get my weight loss mojo back!! I am still going to the gym but not as frequently and I have not been Instagraming about it as much either maybe I need to!!
So my question to you my esteemed readers what do you do to get “back on track”? What is it that gives you that motivation you have seemed to have lost? I really want to know what it is that helps you to put your eye back on the goal?
I think for me sharing this with you will hopefully help me. You keep me accountable. I am grateful for you, for your support, for you kindness. I am grateful for small victories they lead to big ones!!
