E-Mail Confession part deux!!!!

Ok so I confessed that I LOVE email it is my life’s blood so to speak.  It is my connection to the outside world during my work day,  it is my connection to blogs I follow,  it is my connection to my family out of state , I truly find e-mail to be a tool I would not want to be without.

E-mail has changed my life on more than one occasion.  But this particular email changed my life in the most amazing way.  So just a little about me I married the first time when I was 35 and it ended just about 3 years later.  I then lived as a single gal for the next 7 years,  I dated and had boyfriends during that time.  After my last “break up” I moved to a new city and began dating … again.  Well for the next few months I dated, chatted and emailed the “suitors”.  One evening while babysitting a friends kids I was browsing a “singles” dating site and came across this really cute guy… you know where this is headed so I will  spare you the details!!LOL!!

During our courtship my now husband then boyfriend wrote me the most amazing email.   It is still amazing to me.  I forwarded that email to every email account I own,  I printed it, I copied it on a cd.  This one email summed up how important one person can be to another,  my importance  in my future husbands eyes. It didn’t contain a proposal but it did contain promises,  promises that have been kept to this day.  Needless to say we were married 9 months after we met and will be celebrating our 4 year anniversary next month!!

Email, yes a simple thing called email changed my life.  Can change other peoples lives.  Can change your life.
