Ok so it has been all over the blogosphere!! The Girl Scout Cookies have arrived, been consumed, been reinvented and most of all been enjoyed!!! I have to say my favorite are the Thin Mint Cookies! The crisp tender cookie enveloped with rich dark chocolate and mint coating I can eat a whole box at one sitting. I didn’t but I could!!
