This Sticky Peanut Butter Popcorn isnt really that sticky but let me tell you it is soooooo good I could not stop eating it. So make sure you either make a lot of this or make it right before you have to go to that party because it will be gone!
Sticky Peanut Butter Popcorn Recipe
Sticky Peanut Butter Popcorn
Ingredients
- 2 bags popped microwave popcorn
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. chopped salted peanuts I didn't have any chopped peanuts so I used mini m&m's instead!
Instructions
- Pop the microwave popcorn.
- Remove any unpopped kernels and place in large bowl.
- In medium saucepan combine brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to boil over medium high heat stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and whisk in peanut butter.
- Pour over popcorn and stir until well coated.
- Spread on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper then sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Allow to cool then enjoy!
