I am taking a little break from the NO Bake series because this Pepperoni Pizza Bubble Up is just so darn good and it is totally Travel Trailer Friendly! Usually “Bubble Up” Casseroles are made with refrigerated biscuits and they work ok, so I decided to used Rhodes Frozen Rolls. My verdict is I LOVE LOVE LOVE Rhodes Frozen Rolls in “Bubble Up” casseroles. This Pepperoni Pizza Bubble Up is the total bomb!
Usually “Bubble Up” Casseroles are made with refrigerated biscuits and they work ok. My little brain got a little creative and thought what if I used Rhodes Frozen Rolls? I had to try this out. My verdict is I LOVE LOVE LOVE Rhodes Frozen Rolls in “Bubble Up” casseroles. They are so much better than refrigerated biscuits.
Here is another reason I love “Bubble Up” casseroles is they are so so easy to make. When ever I make regular pizza I always have a fight with the dough and my pizza crust has holes in it or one side is thicker than the other. “Bubble Up” are supposed to be lopsided and kinda rustic! Rhodes Frozen Rolls are perfect.
I used my kitchen shears and cut the rolls into eight pieces and let them take a bath in delicious pizza sauce. How easy is that? Then just put it in your pan let it rest for a bit, top with cheese and pepperoni and bake.
It comes out of the oven dripping with melted cheese and spicy pepperoni. I have to say this is so yummy. Your kids will love to help cut the rolls, and be happy to eat this “Bubble Up”.
You can also customize your “Bubble Up” use what ever toppings you want! I think I want to try a meat lovers next. Serve it with a green salad, you have an easy and delicious meal.
