How have your holidays been so far? Mine well let me tell you they have been better than last year. I actually put up and decorated 2 trees this year! Last year was just kind of different and I really struggled with getting in the holiday spirit. But let me tell you this year is a whole new ball game! I cannot even begin to tell you how crazy busy I have been. Between work and hubby’s Santa gigs we have been going non stop. Sometimes I just want to sit and have Pizza and a COCA-COLA® ZERO SUGAR and relax!
So if you don’t have time to cook a Coca-Cola Slow Cooker Pot Roast then this dinner idea is for you. The holidays are just plain crazy , I am always looking for ways to simplify my life. So addition to Pizza and a COCA-COLA® ZERO SUGAR I have 2 delicious dipping sauce recipes for you. I actually shopped at one of my favorite grocery stores WinCo Foods. WinCo Foods came here to AZ a few years ago and I love it! A few things I love about WinCo Foods are:

If you know me you know I love COCA-COLA® ZERO SUGAR and what better to pair it with than a fresh baked pizza and at WinCo you can grab a fresh made pizza in the Deli and bake it at home. I love this option because I can kill two birds with one shop! Get my groceries and dinner and I dont have to make dinner! Just bake it! WinCo has a great deal going on now.

Now lets talk abut those dipping sauces. I have 2 super easy recipes for you! I love a good Blue Cheese dipping sauce, the addition of fresh sliced scallions and fresh Blue Cheese make this dipping sauce a winner. I love good Blue Cheese and I found the perfect Blue Cheese in the WinCo Cheese section.
Now hubby likes a good Garlic Butter Dipping Sauce for his pizza so I whipped up this little ditty for him. Its easy and not to mention delicious! Oh and easy.
Garlic Butter Dipping Sauce
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp. water
Bring 1 Tbsp. water to a boil in a small saucepan, then reduce to a simmer. Add cubes of butter one at a time, whisking after each addition, until melted and emulsified. Whisk in salt and garlic powder. Serve immediately or keep warm over low heat.
Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 package Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper, Ground
- 1 tsp. dried minced onion
- 3 Tbsp sliced green onions
Mix milk and mayonnaise. Add Ranch Dressing Mix and spices. Blend Well, add crumbled blue cheese, pepper and green onions.
In my opinion Pizza and a Coca-Cola Zero Sugar is a perfect meal. Not to mention an easy meal solution for those busy nights. If you’re lucky like me you will have a WinCo Foods near you! If you do head over and grab an easy dinner!
