Starting with Smithfield® Roasted Garlic & Herb Loin Filet, a few vegetables and presto dinner is on the table in 30 minutes. I am a huge fan of grilling and use our grill as much as possible. These Garlic Pork Skewers are perfect for the grill but you can broil them as well.
Smithfield® Roasted Garlic & Herb Loin Filet comes marinated so I don’t even have to think about seasoning the meat. I bought the Smithfield® Roasted Garlic & Herb Loin Filet brought it home and cut it in 2 inch cubes. I put it in a resealable plastic bag and distributed the marinade on all the pork. I just wanted seasoning on all the pork. The addition of colorful vegetables make this skewer so pretty. After cutting the veggies in bite size pieces I drizzled a little olive oil and seasoning on the veggies then assembled the skewers. Aren’t they pretty?
I found the Smithfield® Roasted Garlic & Herb Loin Filet at my local Walmart. There were some other really tasty looking Smithfield® Marinated Fresh Pork loins.
These skewers cook up so quickly and are so delicious. I served them over rice and it was just the perfect touch.
