National Lasagna Day Caramel Pretzel Crunch Lasagna

I love Lasagna, layers of tender pasta, meat sauce, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and mozzarella baked until it is golden brown and bubbly. Now that is how you do Lasagna but have you ever thought of making an Ice Cream Lasagna? Well to celebrate National Lasagna Day Foodbeast reached out to me to create a delicious Ice Cream Lasagna. I could not say no! It gets even better. I just had to come up with the concept they are doing all the work! And so that is how the Caramel Pretzel Brownie Crunch Lasagna was born.

Working with Klondike Bars it makes making this Caramel Pretzel Crunch Lasagna really pretty easy to put together. So here is my original concept

“Caramel Pretzel Crunch Lasagna
A layer of Caramel Pretzel Klondike Bars topped with chocolate ice cream studded with chopped peanuts, pretzels, brownie chunks, peanuts and a ripple of homemade salted caramel sauce, topped with Brownie Fudge Klondike Bars en robed in peanut studded chocolate embellished with whipped cream, salted caramel drizzle, chocolate covered pretzels, chopped peanuts and sprinkles.”
 
The good peeps at FoodBeast adapted the recipe just a bit. They still used the Caramel Pretzel Klondike Bars and Brownie Fudge Klondike Bars and instead of using ice cream they used whipped cream which I think was a great substitute. I really wish I could have been there to see the process in person and even more importantly to taste the delicious creation. Because it is summer and that means eating Ice Cream as much as possible, very day all summer long! Do you have a favorite Klondike Bar? I can’t choose just one they are all just so yummy!
