So what exactly is this La Brea Bakery “Thanksgiving Hero” program? Well let me tell you a little about it!! Do you know someone who who regularly work on Thanksgiving serving others (such as firefighters, police, waiters, nurses, etc.)? Well La Brea Bakery will deliver fully catered meals to 5 finalists across the nation on Thanksgiving. How will they find out about and choose these “Thanksgiving Heroes”? That is where you and I come in and help! We can nominate our very own “Thanksgiving Hero” yes that’s right!! We can help our favorite “Thanksgiving Hero” have a hot catered meal on Thanksgiving courtesy of La Brea Bakery!
I personally think this is a very generous offer and how nice would it be to see your “Thanksgiving Heroes” have a hot delicious Thanksgiving meal?
I feel this way about those who sacrifice their holidays in service to others. I will be nominating my “Thanksgiving Hero” and here is how you can nominate yours!
CONTEST ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: To submit an entry click the “Thanksgiving Heroes” tab at La Brea Bakery to create your form submission by including: your first and last name; zip code; email address; an essay of 100 words or less telling about your family member that you will be unable to share Thanksgiving dinner with, submit at least one photograph of both you and your “Thanksgiving Heroes” who will be unable to share your Thanksgiving dinner. Submissions must be received by November 15th 2015. Finalists will be announced November 17th 2015, after which the public will have a chance to vote for their favorites through November 20th 2015.
