Remember a few weeks ago I told you about Name.Kitchen and how I wanted to purchase my own not a .Com domain name?? Well I did it! I purchased my very own vanity domain name! Pinkcakeplate.recipes
I headed over to Name.Kitchen to do my sleuthing to see if my domain name was available! I searched using Name.Kitchen’s naming tool! Donut Inc. had already released .recipes back in 2014.
I already knew what I wanted so it made it pretty easy! I headed to my registrar and secured my not .com domain! Pinkcakeplate.recipes !
I wanted to build a separate website just for my recipes but that is a lot of work so I simply redirected the domain to the recipe section on my existing website!
When you go to Pinkcakeplate.recipes you will go to my recipe section!! I love that!
Now the reason I wanted a not.com domain is because they are so descriptive and to the point! Just take a look at this video! Driftaway.Coffee is making their dreams come true!
I love that this couple took their dream and created a business for it and are KILLING it! I love their packaging so cute! And their choice of a not .com domain is a perfect fit for their brand!
