I can’t tell you how hard it is to try and lose weight! It has been my life long battle and now as I begin on yet another weight loss journey there is a continued struggle to eat healthy when dining out! I cant tell you how excited I am to share with you some info about Denny’s Fit Fare Menu!
When I began this latest weight loss journey I honestly was kinda mad at the thought of trying to eat out. It is always a challenge going out to eat for me. With few menu selections to stay on track and lots of amazing delicious and tempting food it makes eating out frustrating! Let me show you how Denny’s has made it a little easier for me!
First off they have these adorable icons to let you know what is on their Fit Fare Menu!
So if you have a certain way you try to eat healthy these little icons can help you, just look for them under select menu items.
I love that there are Fit Fare Menu items for every meal! I had the Sirloin Steak, and let me tell you it was amazing! The Sirloin was cooked to order and was so flavorful and delicious!
I even stayed under my calorie budget by choosing this meal! I was happy that I could enjoy a meal out with my family, eat like a queen and go home not feeling guilty!
