Breakfast is one of our favorite meals in our house and when the Mr. brought home the most delicious breakfast pizza from the convenience store I knew I had to recreate it! These Mini Sausage Gravy Breakfast Pizzas are a perfect clone of the convenience store breakfast pizza!
After many product testings and much sleuthing I think I came up with a copy cat recipe!! The great thing is you probably have everything you need to make these Mini Sausage Gravy Breakfast Pizzas already in your pantry and fridge!
The great thing is you can also mix up these toppings! Put fresh veggies, Canadian bacon, ham or even a pepper jack cheese would really give you options to vary the flavor to these mini pizzas! This is where your kids can definitely make their own pizza!
Another great thing about these is they freeze beautifully! So double your recipe and put some in the freezer. I made a huge batch and some made it to the freezer but not a whole lot did because they are so incredibly delicious! Your kids can just microwave these from the freezer for about 2-3 minutes and they are ready to eat!
