My house is all abuzz these days! With all the new super hero movies that are out Mr. Pinkcakeplate is so excited to see them all! So this week is Fantastic Four Week here on Pink Cake Plate! To start it off I have some pretty fun news I know I’m pretty excited about it!! Denny’s has brought out a whole menu that features the Fantastic Four! How cool is that??
Denny’s announce this limited time menu on July 23 and as mentioned will only be available for a short time . How about these Fantastic Four inspired treats?? Should I start with the sweets?? Or would you prefer the Slamt4sic Slams?? OK here we go!
This Human Torch Skillet features hearty breakfast sausage with seasoned red-skinned potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, fire-roasted bell peppers and onions, jalapeños and freshly made pico de gallo served on a sizzlin’ hot skillet. Topped with our new spicy five pepper sauce, Pepper Jack queso and two eggs cooked to order. Ok if that isnt Human Torch worthy not sure what is!!
I love this Invisible Woman Slam! Two buttermilk pancakes cooked with blueberries. Topped with fresh strawberries, banana slices and drizzled with a clear citrus glaze. Served with two eggs cooked to order, two bacon strips or two sausage links and hash browns. The fresh berries and bananas YUMMMO! I’m sure its called invisible because now you see it now you don’t!!
OK I love a good burger and this The Thing Burger looks amazing! Hand-pressed beef patty topped with crispy hash browns, an egg cooked to order, Cheddar cheese, two crispy bacon strips and punch-packing Thing sauce. Served on a Cheddar bun with our wavy-cut French fries. Hash Browns and a egg on a burger oh my! Ingenious!
Now this is something I want just about every day! The Dr Doom Lava Cake is a warm, rich chocolate cake filled with molten chocolate and topped with mini chocolate and white chocolate chips. Baked and finished with powdered sugar and a scoop of premium chocolate ice cream.
