Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 9"x9" pan with non stick spray, set aside.
Mix cake mix, peanut butter, eggs and oil in a bowl well until combined, fold in chocolate chips and peanut butter chips.
Place into the middle rack of oven bake for 20-25 minutes.
You DO NOT want to over bake, start with 20 minutes check to see if blondies are done, if needed add additional 5 minuets at a time until blondies appear done. Allow to cool completely,
While blondies cool mix your peanut butter glaze.
In a small bowl, stir peanut butter together with powdered sugar, vanilla and milk. Stir until smooth and then continue adding more milk, little by little, until desired consistency is reached.
When blondies are cool drizzle with glaze. Allow glaze to set up then cut and enjoy.
