Irish Cream No Bake Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup 1½ sticks unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Toranis Irish Cream Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups minute oats
  • ¼ cup powdered coffee creamer
  • 1 3.4- ounce package dry instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 oz milk chocolate chips melted
  • sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Add butter, sugar, and Toranis Irish Cream Syrup to a large pot and bring to a boil. Keep on a rolling boil for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients, once fully combined, plop large spoonfuls onto wax paper. Drizzle cookies with melted chocolate when they are cool. Sprinkle with sprinkles before chocolate hardens
