Black Bean and Corn Salsa Verde

Ingredients

505 Southwestern Hatch Valley Green Chile Salsa
1
can Ro Tel tomatoes
1
small yellow onion
1/2
cup
fresh cilantro
juice of one lime
1
Tbs
chopped garlic
1
tsp
salt
1/2
cup
black beans
rinsed
packet of corn from Eat Smart Gourmet Vegetable Salad Kit
Instructions
Place first seven ingredients in food processor and pulse until desired consistency is achieved.
Add in beans and corn stir to incorporate into salsa. (corn will re-hydrate)
Drizzle on salad. Enjoy
