Bacon Onion Popper Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. block cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 T chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cheddar shredded cheese- put aside 2 tablespoons for topping
  • 7 strips of bacon- cook 4 slices to crumble for topping
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Instructions
 

  • Thaw frozen Dinner Rolls, then cut each roll in half.
  • Cut 10 strips of bacon in half crosswise and then the length of the bacon so they are thin strips, roll up each half roll in each half strip of bacon.
  • Place wrapped rolls in greased 10" oven proof pie plate, continue until all bacon wrapped rolls are completed.
  • In mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, onions, and shredded cheese seasoning salt, pepper and crumbled bacom.
  • Spoon cream cheese mixture into center of pie plate. Top with reserved cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes until bacon is crispy and rolls are golden brown.
  • Serves about 10
