Butter a 9x13 dish and set aside.
In a large pot melt butter.
Once butter is melted add in marshmallows and butterscotch chips. (Make sure to have temperature on medium heat)
Keep stirring until marshmallows and butterscotch chips are smooth.
Once smooth add in rice Krispies cereal. Stir constantly.
Add mixture to the buttered dish and pat down with watered hands. (The water helps with the stickiness)
Using a double boiler or microwave melt the chocolate/coconut oil until smooth.
Spread chocolate over the butterscotch rice crispy treat.
Let treats sit until the chocolate is hard and then serve when ready.
