ButterScotch Rice Krispy Treats~

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 bag butterscotch chips
  • 1 bag of mini marshmallows
  • 5-6 C rice Krispies
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 T coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Butter a 9x13 dish and set aside.
  • In a large pot melt butter.
  • Once butter is melted add in marshmallows and butterscotch chips. (Make sure to have temperature on medium heat)
  • Keep stirring until marshmallows and butterscotch chips are smooth.
  • Once smooth add in rice Krispies cereal. Stir constantly.
  • Add mixture to the buttered dish and pat down with watered hands. (The water helps with the stickiness)
  • Using a double boiler or microwave melt the chocolate/coconut oil until smooth.
  • Spread chocolate over the butterscotch rice crispy treat.
  • Let treats sit until the chocolate is hard and then serve when ready.
