Bacon Cheddar Hash Brown Pancake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Medium boiled potatoes grated
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese grated
  • 4 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in skillet until hot. Sprinkle half of grated potatoes in hot skillet. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon and top with remaining grated potato and press lightly to compress all ingredients. Cook first side for about 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown. When golden brown gently flip "pancake" and cook second side for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown remove from skillet and serve with sliced green onions as garnish.
