Chili Bean Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 2 15 oz cans chili beans
  • 4 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 small bag scoop corn chips
  • garnishes
  • sour cream
  • salsa
  • cilantro
  • sliced green onions

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Brown ground beef in skillet until no longer pink. Drain off excess fat then add in the taco seasoning and mix until meat is coated with seasoning. In a 9"x9" pan place 1/2 of ground beef mixture on bottom, spread 1 can of chili beans over meat mixture, then lightly crush 1/2 bag of corn chips over chili beans, sprinkle 2 cups of grated cheese. Repeat layers topping with cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven until hot and bubbly about 20 to 25 mins.
  • Serve with various garnishes of choice! Enjoy!
