Mix together first 6 ingredients until blended well. Add butterscotch chips and fold into dough until evenly distributed. You can either chill the dough for an hour then scoop out or scoop out individual cookies in walnut sized scoops and chill or freeze.

Bake cookies in a 350 degree preheated oven for 12-15 minutes. Place color bombs on top of cookies immediately after removing from the oven and gently press into cookies. Let cookies cool and enjoy!!!
