Coarsely crush ramen noodles before opening package. Open package, discard flavor packet. Saute crushed noodles, pecan and almonds in butter in large skillet over medium heat until toasted. Pour mixture into bowl and let cool. Melt white chocolate chips in 30second intervals in microwave. Pour over noodles and nut mixture toss until coated. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto parchment paper. Let stand until firm. Store in airtight container at room temp. Makes 3 dozen
