"Semi" Grilled Beef Brisket

Smoky Tender Beef Brisket done in half the time using and electric pressure cooker and your BBQ Grill

Ingredients
  

  • • Worcestershire sauce
  • • Liquid smoke
  • • Pappy's Seasoning you can find this at Smart & Final too!
  • • 2lb Beef Brisket
  • • 1 onion sliced

Instructions
 

  • Rub about 2T Worcestershire sauce over each side of Brisket followed by about 1 T liquid Smoke. Cover the whole brisket with a nice layer of the Pappy's Seasoning. Wrap in plastic wrap and let sit in refrigerator over night.
  • Place brisket in pressure cooker and cook according to directions. I cooked mine on a bed of onions on high heat for 45 minutes.
  • When this was done I took it out to the grill. I cooked each side for 1 hour with only half the grill being used with it set to low.

Notes

Let the roast rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing. Slice as thin as possible slicing against the grain of the meat.
