Flat Iron Steak with Cilantro Lime Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Flat Iron Steak or Top Blade Steak
  • 1 t. Paparika
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 t. freshly ground pepper
  • Cilantro Lime Sauce
  • 2 T minced Garlic
  • 1/2 C fresh cilantro
  • 3/4 C fresh parsley
  • 1/4 C red wine vinegar
  • 2 T lime juice
  • 1/3 C Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Remove Steak from refrigerator about 20-25 minuets before cooking so it can come up to room temperature.
  • Pre heat grill to medium high heat.
  • Combine dry spices in small bowl then season both sides of steak with seasoning. Place steak on grill and cook for 4-7 mins on each side to medium rare. Remove from heat and let rest for about 5 minuest to let juices redistribute.
  • Slice against the grain in 1/2 inch thick slices and top with Cilantro Lime sauce.
  • Cilantro Lime Sauce
  • Place all ingrediants except olive oil in blender or food processor and pulse to combine. With machine running , stream olive oil until well incorporated. Serve with Steak.
